Hello jtclipper,
sometimes the incremental track numbering brings
01
01
02
...
First I thought it is when I use the filter, but although I was testing around I couldn't find any reason.
The files are named in the right way, they are in the same folder etc.
I'm using the new beta 087 version.
Thanks for your help in advance.

Tagging with incremental number - with repetition
Re: Tagging with incremental number - with repetition
Do you have 'reset on folder change' selected ?
Re: Tagging with incremental number - with repetition
Yes, I did. I loaded several folders and marked the files which should be tagged with the Row Mode button (F6).
Then I tried the same with different settings on other files in the same list (which were in another folder) and there it worked.
Since I went on working I couldn't reproduce it, with other words it didn'd occur again. So I am not sure any more if it came from the files themselfs...

Using the "apply" button could produce these results if the files are not sorted by folder+file and "reset on folder change" is on.
Re: Tagging with incremental number - with repetition
Now after ordering tracks from different multiple CD folders by the variable "incremental number %#%" I discovered following which could be an indication for the rootcause:
You see that after track #20 the new CD begins with track #01 but TGF enumerates with #21.Re: Tagging with incremental number - with repetition
Thanks for taking the time to debug this, I managed to reproduce and will fix soon, check for a 0.87 beta refresh today
