Column presets - make inactive entries in 0.85

Would it be possible to make a column preset active/inactive - similarly to the Sel. field in the replacement matrix, and show only the active ones in the Columns menu ?

That would require quite a bit of extra work to do.
At least for now you can delete the ones you don't want to be shown.
