0.88 new repl matrix - ignore options problem

I can freely write into options.
If I clear Ignore and close options with OK and reopen, it will be normal usually.

I think that with the regex in Trim matrix I succesfully implemented the trim function on tags, putting trim into the Work Flow at the 1st place.

I fixed the add matrix issue now the checkboxes should appear as intended.

The trim regex pattern should work fine.
