0.88 beta lost the replacements

- the full [RenMatrixes] section - somehow from the ini, it was before [Renformats], the last section.
I restored my backup, this was the only significant difference.
I can't trigger again, maybe it was an XP problem, but odd that happened with the new version.

This code did not change so I can't be sure what happened, unless you got a crash upon exiting the program
