AMG script broken

Post by Wurlitzer »

The AMG script is obsolete since Allmusic changed the layout of the homepage completely.
Is there a solution in sight?

Thanks for the quick update. This program has been my go to for tagging for YEARS!!

I noticed that amg mostly seems to be working now except for Tones & Situation. Possible for another update?

I'm using v0.86 beta II and the Godfather isn't grabbing the data from the Allmusic page I'm using Win 7 SP1 . Is this an error with my machine only?

I just downloaded and installed the latest beta version (0.86 II), but it does not grab the information from the Allmusic site.

I'm on Win7 Pro

I'm using the same script (#amg.sco) as I've done since version 0.70. TGF has no problem grabing the information from Discogs and freeDB.

I've deleted and reinstalled TGF a few times (just now again with the latest beta) and it will still not grab the information from the Allmusic site. I've also
installed this beta version on my old laptop that runs with Vista, and it does not work there either.

Did anyone get to the bottom of this? I'm still having problems using the latest version 0.86 beta 2 on the amg website. I doesn't work at all for me.
