change current row/cell background color

Is it possible to change the background color of the current row/cell from blue to another color, for example to very light blue?
I can hardly see the black text now.

I will replace the black text with default windows Highlight text color which is white

Now I can easily read the selected cell .

Interestingly "Windows uninstall or change a program" shows The Godfather as installed on 2024.07.08. and version 0.89,
while help - About shows version 0.90 beta 3 correctly.
