running on Linux

Hi

there is no other program as powerful as TGF, I knew all the time... but I had to realise this just recently when switching to linux. I found that I could only cover parts of the work I do with TGF (using a ridiculous amount of different linux tools). When I tried to run it with wine, I get exceptions...

has anyone managed to run TGF on linux, e.g. on linux mint?

I would love to see this tool running native on linux... I got no clue how much work this would need

I have limited knowledge about Linux since I only use Windows as my OS.
But it might be an issue with missing components in your Wine installation ,
there is a 'tool' called winetricks try using that to help you install :

jet40 - MS Jet 4.0 Service Pack 8.
mdac28 - MS MDAC 2.8.

TGF uses those libraries and they might not be installed by default with a standard wine setup

I am gettingwindows update error 80070103 after updating my system from windows 8 to 10. Is anyone else facing this kind of error code Can anyone provide me a valid way to fix and recover it.
