Godfather gui text size

Laptop screen resolution at 1600 x 900...

I am squinting to try to read the the godfather screen. The text size is incredibly small and I have had no success in my attempts to find a way to increase it in the program settings. Changeing the resolution of the laptop screen is not an option. Any advice?
