Edit panel/buttons (Scan, Playlist, ..) configuration

For example I never use Online, but I use in many cases Clear (in scan menu) - would it possible for me to exchange them? I mean Clear be in last place instead of Online. Or add or change (shorten) the text after the buttons, for example Row for Row Mode, or Tools for Tools?
Or lower the the height of the template/quick view panel, to make more place for the menu buttons and texts?.

I can add a shortcut key for the clear command, I think that would make clearing the grid a bit faster
