properlower/upper blank filled at end

Comparing the changes in the ini file, after I modified my filters in 0.87 final, I found that properlower/upper contains some blanks at their end. It occurred in 0.87 betas too.
What is the reason ?

I had a look and there was a space added at the end each time those values were saved.
Will provide a fix in the next beta but you will have to manually trim those blanks at the end because the Windows API will keep them upon save for some reason.
