i want to select the language of "Comment". Windows Explorer don't display "Comment" of another OS' language.
so i suggest adding "Language of Comment" row or setting the language of commnet in config once because there is no what to write the comment in one MP3 in two or more languages.

Windows 7 Explorer (French) don't display comment tags created by The Godfather.

For information, the comment is displayed when I replace, with an hexadecimal editor, the string "eng" by "fre" (in the language tag before the comment tag)
