is there any reason why "insane" quality mp3's would not be valid or recognized or would that not have anything to do with anything?

thanks for the offer, i went to burn some w/nero and a couple more kicked back, they were converted with dvdsoft audio conv. the thing converts very fast and that might have been the problem, the rest are fine (insane quality) and i dumped the offenders since i had them in mp4 still.
