I dont think getting a rating from a site is optimal because rating is a personal thing.
But the good news is that scripta are open for any modifications by anyone.

then another question because the moods are imported in tones?

Rating for albums is not a bad idea.
I think i will add a rating field for albums and also artists so one can query fast his/her favorite music.
