I use this configuration to the file name:

%L% - %R% - %A% - %T%

Until the name is correct filter% T% is not recognized.

Is the 'if renamed' column populated with the correct value?
If yes then make sure the update button has 'rename' or 'both' checked.

No "if renamed" is not good. But I added the filter %T% with the menu so it is not a mistake. This is not an error on the album, I've tried several.
